Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation in the 30 days before arrival, the guest pays an amount equal to the total price.
In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the booking.
The guest pays an amount equal to the total price as an advance payment in the 30 days before arrival.
A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival.
This will be deposited in cash.
You will usually receive the refund upon departure.
The damage deposit will be refunded in full in cash after the property has been checked and no damage is found.
